Blackwood is very well located,
situated as it is, so close to the superb amenities of Bangor.
At the same time, it makes an ideal base
from which to explore the outstanding natural beauty of
Counties Down and Antrim.
The good dual carriageway roads linking
Bangor and Belfast, allow for a very easy drive of
around 20 mins. Access to the City Airport, Docks and
Mainline Railway Station, therefore, is superb.
Belfast International Airport is about another 25 minutes on.
