The accommodation in Blackwood House
comprises 4 en-suite rooms. These are usually equipped as two
twins and two doubles. However, flexibility is the keyword at
Blackwood House and beds can be added and subtracted almost at will.
Just get in touch and they will move things around to suit you.

Short Stays and Tourist Rates

£GBP30
Prices are per person per night and include a full Ulster Breakfast.
Stays of longer than one week will, normally, attract a discount.
Just how much depends how busy things are!

Contractors
Contractors Rates: £GBP POA

If you are coming over to Northern Ireland for an extended stay
as a contractor, you will find that everyone at Blackwood House
is very experienced with the special arrangements that you require and
more than happy to cater for your needs.

The Cottage
Cottage Rates: £GBP600.00
Price is per calendar month
"The Stables", the self-catering cottage,
is available for longer lets of between 2 and 6 months.
Accommodates 4 persons in 2 bedrooms.
A separate (from the main house) oil tank fuels the central heating system
with electricity and telephone also being metered separately.
Costs for these, are in addition to the rental rate above...
the payments being the responsibility of the tenant.
